Return Policy

All sales are Final!

Fragrance is subjective. We have different tastes and sometimes our tastes may not align with what we ordered. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges purely because you did not like the fragrance. 

Please look at your order immediately upon arrival! If you do encounter an issue with an item, such as a damaged bottle or incorrect product, please reach out within 48 hours.

We want to make every effort to resolve any issues that may have happened in transit or while processing. We cannot process claims that extend beyond 48 hours. 

To qualify for a replacement of products, there must be a clear photo showing the full order and an image showing the damaged or incorrect item. 

Though we try our best to ensure packages are delivered without issues and orders are processed without mistakes. We are all human!

Moonlight Scent Co. will do its absolute best to ensure your package is delivered to the address provided. Once the product is marked as delivered, responsibility for lost or stolen packages shifts over to the buyer. We are not liable for any issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses given by the buyer.
